Reputed Agro Industry Requires A HR Manager :
Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operational, and administrative positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and references.
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and manage onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee database and recruitment records.
- Build positive employee relations and maintain healthy workplace culture.
- Resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and motivational programs.
- Ensure proper communication between management and employees.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and HRMIS systems.
- Handle joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee files and HR reports accurately.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and statutory regulations.
- Handle audits and maintain statutory records.
- Monitor contract labor compliance and legal documentation.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPI tracking.
- Support management in employee development and succession planning.
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
- upervise discipline, attendance, and workforce productivity.
- Manage manpower planning for plant, warehouse, and field operations.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth workforce functioning.
