Reputed Exim Consultancy Requires Back Office Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit applications for various Import-Export incentives and schemes.
- Draft and maintain legal and compliance-related documents as per government guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents and information.
- Work on various government portals for filing applications and tracking status.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Manage email correspondence with clients and government departments.
- Ensure compliance with Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), Handbook of Procedures (HBP), Customs Act, GST Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare reports, data sheets, and MIS as required.
- Support senior consultants in day-to-day operational activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Email handling and Internet research.
- Experience working on government portals and online filing systems.
- Strong documentation and record-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
