Job for Sales Coordinator in Morbi
A reputed Company requires Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and creating sales reports.
- Coordinate and manage sales leads, ensuring they are assigned and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintained and update customer records, including contact information and purchase history.
- Ensure that orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other internal departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure smooth communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports on sales performance and trends.
- Attend sales meetings and provide support to the sales team as needed.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining customer and company information confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
