A Reputed Printing & Press Company Requires Receptionist
Responsibilities:-
- Handle office coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain records, data entries, and reports using Microsoft Excel
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and internal staff
- Manage phone calls, emails, and basic documentation
- Ensure a presentable front-office / office environment
- Support management with routine coordination work
Requirements :-
- Candidate, age between 25 to 35 years (must be presentable)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Qualification: 12th Pass
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills in Hindi
- Well-organized, polite, and professional in appearance & behavior
