Responsibilities: - 

  • Supervise and lead a team of QSR staff, including cashiers, food preparers, and service personnel.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring proper coverage and smooth workflow.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss goals, address concerns, and encourage collaboration.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Train and coach team members on customer service best practices, including greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving complaints or issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any concerns or feedback.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers and promoting a positive dining experience
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and manage relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Implement and enforce operational procedures, including cash handling, order processing, and quality control.
  • Monitor the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and set performance improvement goals as needed.
  • Recognize and reward exceptional performance, motivating team members to achieve their best.
  • Address performance issues promptly, following company policies and procedures.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective upselling, suggestive selling, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor sales figures, identify trends, and implement initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Train team members on safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any potential hazards or risks promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales, inventory, and operational activities.
  • Generate reports on sales, labor costs, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
  • Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements : 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional education or certifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the QSR or food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of QSR operations, including food preparation, customer service, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
