Reputed Company requires QSR Cashier (Quick Service Restaurant Cashier)
Responsiblity:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service.
- Assist customers in placing orders, answer their questions, and provide menu recommendations.
- Receive and process payments for customer orders, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Accurately calculate and provide change to customers.
- Maintain the integrity and security of cash drawer and ensure accurate balancing at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Verify the accuracy of prepared food items before handing them to customers.
- Package take-out orders efficiently and ensure order accuracy.
- Suggest additional items, promotions, or upgrades to customers to enhance their dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including the counter, POS system, and surrounding workstations.
- Ensure adequate supplies of receipts, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items at the cashier station.
- Follow all food safety, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirement: - High school diploma or 10th or 12th Pass
- Prior cashier or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
