Roles

 Should have knowledge of Computer (Ms Excel, MsWord etc.)
 Should have fluency in English 
 Should have a basic knowledge of accounting
 Have to do Data Analysis and Data Management
 Should have a Convincing Power 
 Should have to manage Day to Day Operations 
 Should coordinate with clients and schedule meetings with client   
 Should manage the projects and take proper feedback from employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the employer, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings.
  • Handle all administrative tasks including filing, preparing reports, and correspondence.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and provide summaries as required.
  • Manage and maintain the employer's contacts, databases, and filing systems.
  • Provide personal support, such as running errands, booking appointments, and handling personal matters as requested.
