Reputed Pipe & Fitting Industry Requires Male Telemarketing Executive
Responsibilities:-
- Make outgoing calls to generate leads, schedule appointments, or provide customer service.
- Answer incoming calls, screen inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Professionally and courteously handle customer inquiries and concerns, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on calls and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Greet visitors and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies and order new ones as needed.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff if required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
