Reputed imitation Jewellery Showroom Requires Male Dispatch Executive cum Back office
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch:
- Receive and process orders/requests for deliveries.
- Schedule deliveries with drivers/couriers, ensuring efficient routing and timely deliveries.
- Track and monitor deliveries, addressing any issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
- Office Work:
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Maintain filing systems and records.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Experience in dispatch/logistics or a related field preferred.
- Strong customer service skills preferred.
