Reputed IT Company requires Inhouse Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify potential clients within the organization and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects, present IT solutions, and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales plans and set achievable sales targets.
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the technical team to address customer queries and technical requirements.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with relevant teams.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the organization's industry and market trends.
  • Required Education: Any Graduation With IT Relevant Experience
