Reputed IT Company requires Inhouse Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients within the organization and develop a sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to prospects, present IT solutions, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts.
- Contribute to the creation of sales plans and set achievable sales targets.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations for clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the technical team to address customer queries and technical requirements.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with relevant teams.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the organization's industry and market trends.
