Job For Inhouse Sales Coordinator in Rajkot
Reputed Agriculture Industry Requires Inhouse Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Provide product information, pricing, and usage guidance to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain daily sales records, customer database, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with field sales team for order processing and delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Graduate in Agriculture / Commerce
- Basic knowledge of agriculture products and farming practices
- Good communication skills in local language + Hindi/English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Indiamart preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
