Reputed Manufacturing Company Requires HR Executive
->Employ a diverse set of Human Resource Management (HRM) policies and procedures in order to synchronize the HRM policies with the core business objectives of the organization and bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
->Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes job design, interviewing, recruitment, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles. Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for opening
->Analyze the training requirements of staff and create learning and development programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees
->Manage a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
->Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, incentive health insurance, expense reimbursement, paid leaves and festival holidays
->Organize travel and accommodation facilities for staff and customers. Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
->Oversees employee and workplace privacy.
->Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness. Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
->Effective verbal and written communication skills (English).
->Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
->People oriented and results driven work ability.
->Quick decision making ability with leadership skills.
->Ability to resolve issues between management and employees.
->Ability to architect strategy and implement it.
->Competency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook or related software.
->Sound knowledge of HR systems and databases.
->Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by companies, such as Workday, Zoho People, Cloud HR, Smart Recruiters, Razorpay and others.
->In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
