Reputed Logistics Company Requires Customer Service Executive 

Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate with vendors and Patrons.
  • Providing documents to vendors and verifying the same .
  • Handle pre- and post-shipment document
  • Preparing the Daily Monitoring Report in Excel
  • Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, pro-actively monitor shipment in-transit and keep customer appraised with regards to arrival times,  delays or transit issues and help to ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations at all times.     
  • Ensure all documentation is supplied in a timely manner.         
  • Set goals and meet with operations Head, supervisor, or manager to discuss progress Role     
  • Understand departmental process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency         
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems, as per the operating process standard

Requirements :-

  • Possesses strong problem finding & solving skills
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent networking skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent research and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Throughtly.
  • Required Education: Any Graduation With Relevant Experience
