Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in the IT sector.
  • Define target markets, segments, and customer profiles to focus business development efforts.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their IT requirements, and aligning the company's solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships by understanding their business goals and IT needs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to potential clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project implementations.
  • Track and report key sales metrics, business development activities, and pipeline status to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A technical background is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in IT business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the IT services or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
