Reputed Stock Market Company Requires Back Office Executive

Responsibilities:- 

  • Verify and process trade transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  •  Manage the settlement process, including confirming trades, processing payments, and updating records.
  •  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the company's assets are protected.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a back-office role, preferably in a stock market company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  •  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
